Thanks to Steve Clayton for alerting me to these two cartoons. Hmmm.... so ghostblogging (ghostwriting a blog) is on the rise according to Scott Adams. I've publicly said I think ghostblogging is wrong.
But "wrong" is kind of a feeble word when it comes to the realities of corporate life. Let's just hope the ghostbloggers are witty, smart, in tune with the blogosphere and willing to dig out the nuances of an executive's thinking.

Congrats to Mario Sundar on the launch of a new corporate blog for LinkedIn. Mario has been publishing his own blog, Marketing Nirvana, for about a year (can't find the archives so I'm not sure when he started it).
It's one of my favorite resources for tips and insights related to corporate blogging. Looks like his blog helped him get his new job as Community Evangelist with LinkedIn.

Ah, the language of Proust and the madeleine. I told my son the story of the madeleine when he was a little boy (how a tiny taste of a madeleine cookie unleashed a surge of memories; in fact, Proust's very long book, À La Recherche du Temps Perdu).
He was fascinated and always insisted on ordering madeleines whenever he saw them - hoping to spark some memories, no doubt.

Technorati chairman Peter Hirshberg gave a fab opening keynote at last week's conference on corporate communication and technology held by The Conference Board in New York.
Apologies for taking so long to get this post up. I've been going non-stop. I was on the blogging panel for The Conference Board, did blog training with a corporate client and then was on another panel for the Annual ASJA meeting. Fun week in nyc.
